The changing site

You are seeing our experimental site. A site that won´t look like it looks now for a long time. Our own project will never be definitive. The story: we needed a site to present our company, we couldn´t dedicate much time to it because of the clients, but we didn´t want a crappy thing, so we got a pre-cooked design and made few changes.

The goal: add so many design alterations and new features to it that not even us will recognize it. AND! ...and describe those changes in our blog. Follow us and please, please, please give us comments.

TVLA´s history

The Very Little Agency was born the 4th of January, 2012. Is the result of a year and a half of learning PHP, HTML, Mysql, JavaScript, AJAX and finally DRUPAL. I (Nicolás Domínguez) learned all that to be able to develop my own very complicated internet project. I´m almost there, I mean, I´m almost capable of developing it, but still I need some extra skills. So, in my way to knowledge, two people asked me to develop their websites and I thought I could do... I could develop websites in Drupal as a way of life until I can construct my own project... and that´s why I created TVLA.
But now, I hope this company gets better and better everyday and exists for a long beautiful time.

Our internet philosophy

I need more space than this to tell you how do I understand a cool friendly website, but there I go. Websites must be clean, clear and to the point. The texts must have coherence and show common sense. E-commerces must not hide its products in the drawers, just like the brick and mortar shops do. Prices must be visible at all times and the service must be honest and with no hidden conditions anywhere.
Clicking is like walking (in real life, I mean) so please, don´t make your clients walk around, show them all the good possibilities your site can offer just there, in the first screen if that´s possible: use the menus well, be wise and animate your homepage with a slider (for example)
Internet lives in a screen, just like TV does, so don´t hesitate to use the whole space. Frames, subframes, and subsubframes, leave the product you´re showing or the content you wrote inside a tiny scrooge area, be more generous.
These were only some "must" and "must nots" of a good website, but gives you an idea, right?

Work and life

Life is short and we work a great part of it.
Let´s say we work for 45 years and, at least here in Europe, we live around 80. So we work almost everyday during a 57% of our existence.
My point is, if work takes such a great piece of our existence, we -at least- better have a good time at the office.

We don´t accept screaming clients, bad-mannered providers or any other unhappy person in our office, they can just stay away from TVLA and choose one of the other competitors.

On the other hand, nice people: you´re more than welcome here.
