Use our contact form or email us to email@example.com with the details of your project. The more details you write, the faster we can answer you.
We will study your case with care and we'll put our imagination to figure out the most reliable way to produce it, but also the fastest and the cheapest. If we need more data, we'll contact you to collect more information and finally we'll send you a budget with a good list of guidelines and details of the to-be-produced-website or piece of work you are interested in. Remember we are in Geleen, Limburg, in the Netherlands.
Contract & Payment
Once we agreed the development and/or design to be made, we'll put it on paper and sign it. That paper will talk about time, price and other steps to be taken in the process. The payment works more or less (it depends of the type of work) like this: the first payment is 50% of the approved budget and should be paid just before starting, when the job has been finished, we show you the working web, as your final approval comes, it will mean another 40% of the budgeted amount, and, finally, the other 10% will be payed one month after handing you the control of your site.
Control of your site
We can work in several ways. You could not want to see the inners of your site and give us the maintenance of it, but if you want to control it, upload or delete the products you send, administer the users of your site or write the content shown in the web (among hundreds of other controls Drupal gives you) then we will show you how to do it. It's important that when you send us the details of the work to budget, you include the control you want to have over your site, because if it's very fine-grained, then you will need some tutorial. Don't worry, we provide you that training too.
Important considerations about the desing
You made your own design and you want us to produce it? You want us to give you the design? Well, the difference is big here. If you have it forehand, then we'll only have to produce it and adapt it, but if you want us to make it, then there will be a process previous to development, where we will present you some sketches and you will have to approve one of them.
→ 1. We design or...
For us this is normally much easier and therefore faster in order to start developing and producing the web. We prefer this way, we'll take all the details into consideration: type of clients or users your site will be exposed to, their exact profile, the products or content the site will show and your likes and dislikes among other info. Then, we can build the most coherent and attractive design.
→ 2. ...or you provide the design.
If you have a design in your mind, you can choose between giving us the inspiration or to give us all and every piece: home, menus, interior navigation and cases. With that we will start developing the site and in case we miss something, then you design and we produce. This option could be a little cheaper than 1. but we have to first understand your needs and see up to what level have you produced that design.
